In Disguise You show yourself
to me,
In different scenarios,
circumstances and people;
You don’t fail to
reveal yourself or your presence.
Today here I am,
unaware of where I am,
Where I’m headed or
what I should do,
But With Your consult somehow, I know how,
I pour out myself and
give You me;
I give you me to have
and to do anything You will.
Your peace calms me and
ever raging storm in my life,
Your breath comforts
me, pushing me to another level.
Who am I that you don’t
get tired of?
I nag, annoy and even
sometime fail to listen to you,
But still, You haven’t
let me go.
I’m amazed by the Love
You’ve shown towards me,
An undesirable being,
yet priceless in Your sight.
A stubborn brat but a
defender of Your Kingdom
That is why I give You
me, to rule and to reign over;
As a living sacrifice, I
offer myself to You,
To accept and behold,
to lead and direct,
In Your humble,
righteous, simple, but seemingly hard ways.
I commit myself to You
and pray for Your guidance!
I don’t know what my
Identity is,
Unless I know You, Oh Divine creator of this
life.
You say that I’m only a
passer-by of this earth,
I really don’t know
what to make of it; if not to live a full life.
So I can fully attest to
what you created and said was all good!
This is why I give You
the whole of me,
Because only You, know
me more than I know myself.
With You I do all
things by Your daily Strengthening!
I give You me to have; I
give you the whole of me;
To lead, guide,
cleanse, forgive, love and embrace,
Take me, hold me and
love me more
And never let me go,
even though You’ve never.
